If you’ve bought a HOTTERdog garment from one of our stockists and there’s a problem with it, please contact the stockist. They’ll refund or replace the garment as necessary.
Please don’t return HOTTERdog garments directly to us as we can’t accept them and will simply send them back to you. Our stockists are responsible for returns, refunds and customer support.
If you have a problem with one of our stockists, or they’re no longer trading, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns aren’t accepted unless they’re faulty. We don’t offer a sale or return service.
