Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click 'Go to Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. All items are charged for at time of ordering. Items placed on back order or items made to order are also charged at time of ordering. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post, or you may send a crossed UK cheque.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, please contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices exclude VAT. Orders cancelled may incur a charge. All goods are sold subject to our standard conditions of sale.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery is by courier for a standard charge of £10 per order. If an item fails to arrive please inform us as soon as possible so that we can take action to retrieve the lost item.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to hold stocks of all the items for sale on this website and to send out orders on the day the order is received or the next working day. If the item is not in stock we aim to make and send it within seven days. During November, December and January this may take up to 21 days. We will let you know if for any reason we do not expect to be able to meet that deadline. In all cases, payment is taken on order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

The prices on this web site exclude 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) which is payable in full by all persons residing in the UK and EU, but are not payable by those resident outside the UK or European Union.

Customs charges, taxes, import duty, etc. charged by the country of destination are payable by the customer, not by Equafleece Limited.

Credit Card Security

Your credit card details are collected using secure pages provided by our credit card processor, CreditCall, and are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site or any of our computer systems.

Guarantee

All items include a 1 year warranty. This does not include any damage caused by the wearer.

No liability is assumed by HOTTERdog for damage or injury to any persons/animals resulting from the use of the products supplied.

Returns Policy

You have a legal right to return any goods ordered within seven days of receipt for replacement or a full refund. We are happy to exchange and refund all goods whether or not they are inside this time limit provided the goods are in a resaleable condition.

We cannot exchange items that are soiled, smell, are hairy or have been washed or brushed. However if an item is faulty we will repair, exchange or refund regardless of condition.

If you are returning goods to us there is no need to use registered or recorded delivery but PLEASE get proof of posting (which is free). We aim to send out replacement garments within the same timescale as original orders.

Simply wrap the goods up and post them back to us with a note stating your name, postcode, telephone number and what you wish us to send you in return. If you are upgrading and the purchase price is more, please enclose a cheque for the difference. You will have to pay the postage to return the item to us, but we do not charge postage for sending out your replacement item.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product for their requirements. Equafleece staff cannot be held accountable for any items that do not fit.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made at the current price or the price at which it was purchased, whichever is the lower, less a 15% re-stocking fee. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance for returned products.

Privacy Policy


HOTTERdog do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site where they are strictly necessary for the site functionality. They are used to aid navigation, and to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. If you log in to an account, your logged-in status is recorded in a temporary cookie. If you select the 'Remember Me' Option in the checkout, a cookie will be used to remember your details. You can turn off cookies by blocking them in your browser Privacy settings. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use them.

Data collected by this site is used to:
